A human-centric approach to business consulting.
Peter, founder of Cohesive Strategy Group, approached me wanting to bring his new venture to life and make it stand out from competitors, reflecting his unique approach to business consulting. His goal was to show that he offered something different; a fresh take on consulting that strengthens and aligns leadership, culture, and strategy.
Through brand strategy, I explored how to convey Cohesive Strategy Group’s values and strengths, positioning the brand so it would stand out from the crowd. The end result is a minimal yet bold brand identity with pops of colour signifying Cohesive’s human-centric approach, bringing life to business consulting. The three colours—signifying leadership, culture, and strategy—appear across the web design, social media, and brand documents. This was intentionally designed with the goal of giving a strong and instantly recognizable presence, supported through colour, to each of the three focuses. Plenty of white space throughout further emphasises these colours. Circles appear on the website and in the brandmark, signifying a round table, that everyone is equal and their input is valued. The brand features imagery of genuine and diverse people sprinkled throughout, reiterating the human-centric approach.
